EASY 1 dish Brownies you need in your life

Don`t waste your money on a box mix! Keep your pantry full of staples like flour, cocoa powder, sugar, vegetable oil and baking soda.

They may cost slightly more to buy at first, but you get way more brownies out of these, and beyond. Your wallet will thank you in the long run.

Without having running water in our Tinyhouse, I have had to find creative ways to make the things Justin wants, without making my job next to impossible. Justin loves brownies [and almost every-time we are in the baking isle of the grocery store he asks for a box mix]

These are my Minimalist brownies, that are sure to beat the box! [and the real bonus is you only have to wash the bowl, and measuring cup!]

What you need:
1 - 4 cup Glass Pyrex storage bowl
a measuring cup
1 gallon plastic bag

1/2 cup oil [plus a tablespoon or two to oil bowl]
1 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine the dry ingredients in bowl.
break eggs and pour oil into bag, squish to combine.
Pour contents in bowl into bag, squish to combine well.
Oil Pyrex bowl, cut hole in corner of bag and pipe the brownie mix into oiled bowl.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes [or until the edges start pulling away from the bowl] for fudgy; or 35 minutes for cakey.
