This is a wonderfully refreshing drink that packs a punch of protein. When you make simple cheese at home you end up with 1 part cheese and 3 parts whey.
1 part Lemon juice
3 parts Whey leftover from making cheese
Sugar [I start with 1tbsp per cup of mixture, and then sweeten further if needed.]
MIX IT UP! Chill, and enjoy!
